Kigali on 23rd March 2024 at IPRC Kigali stadium, IPRC Karongi football team played a game against IPRC Musanze in the RP Inter-Colleges Sports Competitions.

The RP Inter-Colleges Sports Competitions aims at bringing students together, promoting physical fitness, healthy competition, and fostering camaraderie, teamwork and sportsmanship among participants.

Rwanda Polytechnic launched officially the competitions on 22^nd March 2024, and they are expected to close in an awarding ceremony on 1^st June 2024.

This competitions will feature various sports disciplines including football for men, basketball and volleyball for men and women.

Beside the football team, IPRC Karongi has also a basketball team for men in these competitions. It will play the first game at IPRC Huye against IPRC Ngoma on 20^th April 2024.
