On 11th March 2023, IPRC Karongi Advanced Diploma students who are coached on Career readiness program have conducted industry exposure to Rugabano Tea Factory in order to connect them to industry professionals for mentorship and networking.

The students are coached, from our Career Development Centre, in collaboration with Talent Match Rwanda which is a  Social Enterprise was founded in 2019 with an initiative of giving opportunities to students to explore their career interests earlier, and to develop skills that fit the demands of the labor market and create their own businesses.

They partner with higher learning institutions to provide students and university graduates with both soft and industry-specific skills plus hands-on experience to best prepare them for the labor market.

Talent Match started working from IPRC Karongi since October 2022. So far, they have already trained 100 students, and they are currently training 100 others.
