On 14^th March 2023 at IPRC Kitabi, the Minister of State in charge of ICT and TVET, Claudette Irere officially launched the second phase of “Appui a la Formation Technique et l’emploi” AFTER II Project. The latter is financed by the French Development Agency (AFD) to supports vocational training by financing higher Vocational Training Institutions and TVET Schools in Rwanda.

This project will renovate and equip IPRC Karongi Nyamishaba Campus and Muhororo TSS in Karongi District and IPRC Kitabi & Cyanika TSS in Nyamagabe District. For IPRC Karongi Nyamishaba Campus, the project will construct a learning center, students’ hostels, Research, Administration and Business Center, Sport and Leisure facilities among others.

The first phase of this Project started in Rulindo District whereby it constructed a Learning Center to serve for Mechatronics Program.
